Well real estate investment is very good option for investing. Real estate investment is better then stock or shares investment. As the Value price of property had increased upto good extend in last few years and it will goon more within few years so i think that real estate will give a good profit to the investors. Will i suggest all my friends that if they can they should invest in real estate. All the best.
I have a few options that I can look up to like REI, mutual funds and stocks…..but need a bit of advice from you to make a better decision.

Hi Waigis,

Yes, there are some very safe investments for your retirement funds. Investments that will give you double digit returns without the high risks associated with the traditional markets.

To list a few: Dividend paying stocks, Life Settlements (double digit returns), Real Estate - Apartments and other real estate properties, Automotive lending (very good rate).

I am a Licensed Life Settlement broker in the State of Texas and can provide you all the details of the Life Settlement option. Double digit returns has been the track record since inception in 1991. You'll be secure and feel very confident, once you are aware of the details of this option.

We are initiating Apartment Syndication for multi-family apartment units. This is very significant and low risk.

Dividend stocks are great for return and quarterly or yearly payments. If you choose the right company. I am not licensed to handled these options. However, because some of my clients desire more diversification, I share the info with them; but can't directly advised them in this regard.

Automotive and vehicular financing is big business and there are several companies that will pay you very well to use your money. Much more than Bank CDs and Fixed Annuities. This is considered a security by the SEC and is registered as such. Also, with this option, I cannot advise you on it. I can share the info as an associate.

Therefore, because of financial compliance issues that may arise; I am very restricted on sharing certain information, without person to person consent . If you want to know more. Email me with your request.

I can provide you with quite a bit of information, without talking with you initially - if you prefer. I can forward a presentation via email or provide you with a online seminar (webinar) that is automatic. You'll will need to obtain password access first. I will forward the website address and password at your request.

Contact me for more details via a personal message on my profile page.
I was too stuck with the same issues of investing in the right place but then I realized (with some advice from my friends)….to go for investing in real estate that really turned out a luck of pot for me and I was glad that I took that step. I would advice you on the same and would like you to focus more on the REI so that it would be a benefit and a mode of security too.
Real Estate or Stocks ---- I would prefer real estate just for the sake that I don’t know much about the stocks ….. but as the case with your cousin goes …. I would advice you to have some investments in the real estate market as the place is at a boom now and you may get good returns for the investments there. Being updated on the stock market is a must for investments there but I find investment a risk in the stock market.
I have some amount of earnings apart from the ones that I save for my necessities. I want the earnings invested in some real estate or may be in stocks. I do have some knowledge on stocks but, earlier my cousin had invested in the stocks and had a set-back. I know that you need to be updated in that but – What is a better option from the two???
Hi….. I am also a retired person and I also had the same issues after my retirement, that time one of my companions told me about investing in real estate property which is really a beneficial investment. He told me about an investing firm which provides investment offers in real estate. Now I have invested my money in real estate which I believe was a wise decision and I will suggest you also go through this. Hopefully your issue will also get resolved.

Happy Investments
Hello Everyone! I am a retired man and not even a pension holder and because of this reason I have already made a plan for my future during my job time. I have invested my earnings at that stage in many investing companies with many investors. But after retirement I felt that I should invest my rest of the money which I got after my retirement in some new investing firms which are basically dealing with some real estate properties. Does anyone know about such investors which will help me out?
Real Estate Kochi and the property market is now booming and gaining new heights mainly because it boasts of a culture which is quite urbanized and modern. Since Kochi got into the development phase array of buildings popped up and so did the builders. It won’t be wrong to say that real estate in Kochi is going full places and is attracting people from around the world. Real Estate Kerala is growing at an astounding rate from the past few years due to the impressive development of the cities like Cochin and Trivandrum

The main USP of real estate in Kochi is that majority of the Kochi properties are easily affordable and also easy to acquire. Apart from that majority of the properties in Kochi are prime located and gives you the beautiful locales. That’s why many real estate agents and property dealers convince potential buyers to buy properties in Kochi. The city of Kochi (formerly Cochin) prominent as the port city of Kerala is one of the fastest emerging cities of India. As a port city, it has always been the proclaimed economic capital of Kerala with trade and retail being its fundamental business sphere. However, in the recent times, since NASSCOM ranked it as the second potential city for investments in the IT sector, Kochi has emerged as a favored destination for the IT & ITES industry. Also, Kochi shows vast potential for economic growth and industrialization based on norms such as real estate growth, available work force, overall infrastructure, policy initiatives and commercial history. However, the accessibility of cheap bandwidth through undersea cables and lesser operational costs in comparison to other key cities in India has proved to be of major advantage. Yes, I can help you in your query. As being a private firm employee every person secures his future so there is nothing wrong in it if you are also thinking the same. But if you are looking for a long term investment I will suggest you real estate investment. These are basically the long term beneficial investments.
I hope it will actually help you.

You might want to consider registering at Storagevest.com. This is a new site and it may be beneficial to "get in line" for their emergence in the storage market.
Starting with little money and even less experience limits the approach you should take.
I'm of the belief that the safest and simplest approach to break into real estate investing is via options and lease options. Done correctly, they are virtually risk free.
Of all the sources of info on this, I would recommend Michael Carbonare, over at The Naked Investor. http://www.naked-investor.com
Inflation is running rampant. Which means you are losing money every month.
The real estate market these days is fantastic! I haven't seen a better buyers market in 30 years. There are opportunities everywhere to buy properties at prices as low as .40 on the dollar. If you're interested, please do let me know. We are always looking to expand our partnerships and joint ventures. I'd be happy to meet with you and talk.
Best wishes!
Our justice system is constructed in such a way that the defence lawyers HAVE TO defent the accused to there best ability. The defence cannot think about the fact that the accused is guilty or innocent as they would then not be able to defend them to the full.Lawyers can some times be seen as blood suckers for having to defend these types of criminals, however if they were not defended the justice system will fall apart.

------

My Real Estate IRA Self Directed IRA Member
I am 28 years old. I have $75,000 in student loans, $30,000 @ 6.5% and $45,000 @ 7.8%. I just opened a Roth IRA. Just to calify what Shell said, in the situation you describe, the attorney is bound by attorney / client priviledge not to reveal the substance of the conversation.HOWEVER, if the client had told the attorney that upon release he/she was going to commit another murder and the attorney has sufficient grounds to believe the client capable of such, then the attorney has a duty to inform the police of the conversation.

------

My Real Estate IRA Self Directed IRA Member
I think you can do that by putting the money into a"Roth"IRA. The laws are much more tolerable with a Roth than with conventional 401(k).

------

My Real Estate IRA Self Directed IRA Member
Did you know you are wrong? Probably not. You would rather watch a conspiracy theory video instead of looking up facts for yourself.FACT: The Federal Reserve is setup in accordance to law. Specifically, Title 12 U.S.C. Chapter 3.http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/ ... 3.htmlFACT: The Federal Reserve is controlled by the Board of Governors. The Board of Governors are all appointed by a President and confirmed by the Senate.FACT: The Federal Reserve district banks are setup SIMILAR to private corporations, however, they are not truly private. The Federal Reserve is setup to be INDEPENDENT of the government. There is a difference. That court case you cite ruled that the Federal Reserve district banks are to be considered private in regards to the Federal Tort Claims Act. It did not say the banks were private in any other situation. That same court case stated,"the district banks have been properly held to be federal instrumentalities in certain instances."FACT: While Federal Reserve stock is held by member banks, it is NOT traded on the open market. In fact, it is AGAINST THE LAW for private individuals, corporations, and foreign governments to hold Federal Reserve stock. Additionally, holding stock in a Federal Reserve district bank is a REQUIREMENT OF MEMBERSHIP in the system. National banks are required to become members and state banks may become members if they meet certain requirements. The amount of stock they are required to subscribe to is SET BY LAW to 3% of their paid-in capital with another 3% callable by the Board of Governors. They cannot own more or less than the amount of the shares prescribed by law. The member banks cannot trade, sell or even give away their shares in the Federal Reserve. The stock confers NO RIGHTS OF OWNERSHIP beyond the par value of the stock.Title 12 U.S.C. § 290 states"Should a Federal reserve bank be dissolved or go into liquidation, any surplus remaining, after the payment of all debts, dividend requirements as hereinbefore provided, and the par value of the stock, shall be paid to and become the property of the United States and shall be similarly applied."http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode12/usc_sec_12_00000290----000-.htmlFACT: The Federal Reserve is required by law to make annual reports to Congress. As part of that report, they are required to be INDEPENDENTLY AUDITED.http://www.federalreserve.gov/boarddocs ... its.pdfYou can see one of the independent audit reports on page 21 and the financial statements follow.FACT: The Federal Reserve returns excess earnings to the U.S. Treasury. In 2006, the Federal Reserve collected $36.5 billion in interest on the U.S. Government debt that it holds. It returned $29.1 billion to the U.S. Treasury. That can clearly be seen on the audited financial statements on page 23.So, are you going to believe verifiable facts or are you going to believe an Internet conspiracy theory video?

------

My Real Estate IRA Self Directed IRA Member
It's not about the money. It's about the need for a barrier between the government saying"put that tool in jail forever"and the law saying that there needs to be a good reason. Thomas More's son-in-law yelled at him one day saying,"You would give the devil himself due process of law!"Saint Thomas's reply:"I would indeed, for my own safety's sake. Take away due process and who among us could stand against the storm that would follow."The hypothetical you pose is of course ludicrous. Consider, however, that karmically speaking, you deserve to be dropped into Gitmo or Abu Ghraib, and stay there, because, of course, the government"knows"you did soomething. Consider, too all the fabricated evidence coming out of crime labs. Houston is just the tip of the iceberg.I'll tell you what, though: next time you're charged, don't hire an attorney. Trust the government. They'll give you a right finie trial, and a right fine hanging, too.

------

My Real Estate IRA Self Directed IRA Member
Hi, Costa Rica itself is a small town, no big buildings, no Uptown HIP HOP, none of that, if you want to travel to Costa Rica is to enjoy the nature, you HAVE TO go to the interior of the country and do Mountains, river rafting, natural living..If going to CR for partying or to see a big city then it is not for you, its a NATURES trip

------

My Real Estate IRA Self Directed IRA Member

Like everyone says, investing in Real Estate depends on your locale. CDs aren't thriving right now either. Investing in IRAs has its own limitations. You can't just take a huge chunk of money and just shove it in an IRA. Their are contribution limits that restrict you to an annual amount. Also, other restrictions depending on your AGI and how your income is earned as to how much can be deducted and what plans you may have. Not to mention how all of this will affect you tax wise. So the answer isn't simple. Research needs to be done and you need to sit down with a financial advisor.

------

My Real Estate IRA Self Directed IRA Member

No, no, no. Also, no. The only benefit I can think of for an IRA over a 401k is that you have easier access to the money under 59 1/2. For instance, you can take money out for college or a first home. Or you can take it out for any reason if you pay a 10% penalty. Borrowing against a 401k is usually a really bad idea and should be reserved only for very dire cirsumstances. And even then, you'd probably be better off selling a kidney first.

------

My Real Estate IRA Self Directed IRA Member
I am stuck with rental property that people I trusted received"kick back"money and I can not rent or sell it. I have gotten further into debt by trying to rehab it and still can't rent or sell it, If I short sell it, I will still be $50,000 to $60,000 in debt which includes a home equity loan on my own home. I can't get out of the 5 year ARM loan. After 5 years it will be an adjustable rate loan. I feel my only way out is bankrutcy. I don't want to lose my daughter's college IRA or my deferred compensation or my house.

------

My Real Estate IRA Self Directed IRA Member
Many of my realtor friends said about this issue. LIcensed brokers are so stingy on even showing their recruited realtors (new ones) what the step by step way to sell and buy the house. Even though for the fact that these newly recruited realtor have no idea what the first thing to do. They just show the bathroom, and where to get the coffee and that's it - you're on your own - even though they promise to train them - they will just bill the new realtor on something the poor realtors didn't even understand what the heck they were billing for? Is this really legal in this business? Isn't that if they train the realtor completely, they will tend to work hard and be loyal to the employing broker? The more the realtor work hard - the more commission split the broker will get - isn't this the fact? Plus, if the realtor is happy with his/her broker, the broker will get a lot of referral from the realtor when the realtor decided it's time to quit.

------

My Real Estate IRA Self Directed IRA Member
If I want to make a complaint against a Military Attorney who did a poor job of defending me,also including breach of the Attorney client privilige, misrepresentation, and unethical defense attorney tactics what can I do to seek jstice. At an administrative hearing my Attorney provided me with paperwork requesting that I allow documents pertaining to my medical records and the ongoing investigation into the sexual assaults. My Attorney said that I should sign the documents if I wanted to and not to if I didn’t want to. Believing that my Attorney was concerned with what was in my best interest I acknowledged. I am not one who is aware of legal matters. I depended on him to give good, sound advice. However, contrary to this he later objected to the introduction of my medical records and the criminal investigation. If my Attorney disagreed with the admission of my medical records because it was not allowed, or if he felt that my command should not be using information from an investigation still ongoing why did present me with documentation that if signed consented. In my opinion he acted in a manner that is contrary to good order and discipline. He not only broke the patient client privilege, he betrayed his client. This is gross misrepresentation of me the client. What can I do?

------

My Real Estate IRA Self Directed IRA Member

I moved to a new state and have two house in my former state, a primary residence and a duplex. I've already purchased a new home via an 80/20 mortgage. I would love to use the proceeds from the sale of my old houses to (a) pay off the 20% portion of the mortage and (b) pay off credit card debt we accrued while my husband was unemployed. Neither house has sold yet, and the duplex isn't even for sale because it pays for itself and then some. But I can't manage it from out-of-state forever. Eventually I'll have to sell the duplex. I've heard of 1039 transfers as a way to avoid capital gains taxes, but my kids are older now and I'd rather get a traditional job than spend time managing another rental. Is there any way to use the profit from the sale of the duplex to my advantage without taking a tax bite and without re-investing in real estate? Can"invest"it in the new house I just bought in April? Education funds? IRA? Anything!!?

------

My Real Estate IRA Self Directed IRA Member
With the down turn in the housing market, we have lost a LOT of our small customers…We have a main customer that is keeping us afloat but we have discovered that there are a lot of brokers out there that are not as Up-and-Up as we had hoped. Our most recent broker gave us a pay list for"hauling salt"and then ended up telling us that we would only be making $24.00 an hour because it was from a different location… After that, we demanded a pay sheet for each dispatch and suddenly we stopped getting calls from this broker.Would anyone be willing to share the name/number/website of a reliable broker that you work with?A broker that pays, doesn’t bounce checks, doesn’t scam on the pay lists? We have been doing so well on word-of-mouth references from fellow Own/Opp in the area around where we park our trucks but with so many small brokers going OOB due to the downturn we are running on empty! We are getting by but are on the verge of eating our shoes! We have 2 10-Ton twin screw dumps and 1 Tractor Trailer with a dump trailer. We don't have drivers for all 3 at once... but we have drivers for 2 of the 3 at all times.we work 24/7

------

My Real Estate IRA Self Directed IRA Member
I have a problem with a divorce case that was final back in 1984. At that time I did not retain an attorney. My ex did though. We had agreed to agree and did not even have to appear in court. Now 15 years later I have the court print out this case and there is an attorney who claims that he represented me at that time. Then the register of actions states that even another attorney had modified the settlement agreement that we had made. The first attorney who states he was representing me is actually one that I did retain in 1998 for a differant divorce altogether. The only possible explaination is that this attorney has accessed the courts computer systems and entered his name , because this never happened. The second attorney who altered the settlement document is the corporate attorney for the company my secpnd husband works for. I spoke with the 1st husband and we agree that we never hired this second attorney to do anything for us. This goes much deeper. No one will help...

------

My Real Estate IRA Self Directed IRA Member
